To be honest if Tesco sells it it's cheaper than here. I know they sell big catering packs but you can buy packs smaller in Tesco but cheaper in price. Today I paid 2.87 for 24 bottles of water. In home bargains 12 plus 3 free making it 15 for 1.50 therefore 30 for 3.00. Some things maybe bigger and cheaper for caterers but if Tesco sell it.
